"Beautiful cottage in a fantastic, friendly village. It had everything we needed and was located close enough to the places we wanted to visit. Good local walks and a really nice pub over the road. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area."
"We had a great stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were great and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We stopped here for a Spitfires game for our young fella and to be honest wasn’t expecting much - but we were incredibly pleasantly surprised!! This place is exceptional, easy to find, easy to access and staff instructions were friendly and easy to follow. This is a great stay! "
"We stayed here for just one night whilst we were visiting friends in Herne Bay and we will stay again! It was so convenient, there was parking around the back, and the hosts were lovely. We stayed in Room 3 which was massive! It had a little lounge area, a lovely bathroom and the bedroom area was big as well with plenty of room to get ready. There was also a fan in the room which was appreciated! Breakfast was lovely and the choice was really good. We can’t recommend this place enough. "

"Recently renovated, a lot of thought and effort put in to the renovation.
Check in; staff were, polite, helpful and knowledgeable.
Bedroom was clean, space enough and tidy. Plenty of tea, coffee etc and a good variety.
Bathroom clean, great shower and plenty of good quality toiletries.
Dining, good choice and well prepared. Staff polite, informative and attentive, but did not pester.
Breakfast, large varied choice and plenty of it.
A most pleasant and relaxing overnight stay."

"Beautiful hotel. We were greeted by a glass of prosecco whilst we checked in. We had a standard room which was more than adequate in size and it has the softest bed and linen I think I have ever stayed in, the room had a balcony looking out over part of the golf course. We played golf and used the spa after which is intimate in size but well worth using. We ate in both restaurants and had breakfast on the terrace both mornings. The food is very much American asian infusion and is fantastic. Not massively vegan friendly menu but they made the effort to cater for me. Everyone one was really friendly and nothing was too much of an ask. They also have amazing cars if you want to be chauffeured!"
Customs House by Bloom Stays, Large house for family groups of up to 20
10/10 Excellent
"A wonderful stay in Customs House in Faversham. A group of 20 people enjoying the house and the town. The house worked very well even full. We enjoyed the garden when we arrived, with pizzas from Papa Bianco and ate indoors later when the weather turned. We tested the wine bar and bought food from both the butcher and the cheese shop. Great pubs and a very nice triple market weekend. The train into Canterbury was very practical. All in all a perfect birthday celebration. "

"We had a lovely Christmas in the Old Post Office,, a lovely welcoming Christmas tree all lit up in the lounge and another in the dining room. Very tastefully decorated. Our party ranged from 2 - pensioners and accommodated all of us. Jamie was very friendly and helpful and on hand with anything we needed. "
