"Beautiful cottage in a fantastic, friendly village. It had everything we needed and was located close enough to the places we wanted to visit. Good local walks and a really nice pub over the road. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area."

"I rented a private room for myself. This meant I had four bunk beds and an en-suite to myself for £40. It was very clean and actually quite quiet and the check-in was super easy and friendly. A much better deal than similarly priced hotels I think. Thanks!"

"The room was amazing and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Food was 10/10, had to wait a max probably 10 mins for food each time. The service was just top tier. The room was so clean and tidy, and trust me the bed was so comfortable, you could literally just sink into it. Spa was so relaxing and quiet. You can order drinks to your lounger. The cave hotel was just the best stay. I wish we booked a longer stay ! Definitely worth every penny. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you The Cave Hotel. "

10/10 Excellent
"Pro's: The communiction with the host was excellent, we loved that it was a dog friendly accommodation/site. It was very quiet and people were friendly. The double bed was so comfortable. The towels supplied were clean, fresh and fluffy, the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were a lovely touch as were the dog bowls and blanket supplied for pets. They also had cleaning product on site which was a bonus as some places you have to supply your own.Con's: The only quip we had was that some of the kitchen equipment was not cleaned properly (airfryer) so it put us off using it, this is not down to the host as it states to clean all kitchen equipment used, we also found that the tables and work surfaces had not been wiped down properly, but again this is down to either previous people staying there or cleaner not going over things properly. But to be honest, we went over the surfaces and rewashed dishes and cutlery before use, which I'm sure most people do.Other then that, we had a lovely stay, and definitely recommend staying here."
"Lovely bright cosy cabin! All very compact and bijoux but excellent kitchen facilities (toaster, single induction plate, air fryer) and generous breakfast hamper with some lovely treats! Lots of hot water and bed super-comfy. It’s a very peaceful spot and although the cabin is in the garden, it’s very private and the delightful garden area is lovely to sit out in.Kelly is great at keeping in touch and very responsive. This was our second stay and we hope to be back next year "

"We had a lovely Christmas in the Old Post Office,, a lovely welcoming Christmas tree all lit up in the lounge and another in the dining room. Very tastefully decorated. Our party ranged from 2 - pensioners and accommodated all of us. Jamie was very friendly and helpful and on hand with anything we needed. "
