Lovely Property and Lovely location

The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury.

Lovely place

A one night Business stay, lovely welcoming hosts and clear instructions, great wifi and proper computer desk to do 6 hours work with a professional office chair. Absolutely spotless and up market fixtures and comfortable bed. Met the host on arrival who showed me how everything worked. Only a 7 minute walk to a local traditional pub, with friendly landlord and patrons. Overall , a beautiful secluded home that’s a 9 minute drive to the centre of Canterbury. Will be booking again not work related, but for a nice weekend break.

Great for a couple with a car

My husband & I had 3 nights here. The owner, Deborah, was extremely helpful both before & during our stay. The accommodation is very spacious & has everything you need. The property is about 4 miles from Canterbury so is ideal if you have a car & don’t want to stay in town. The directions we received were excellent and we had no trouble locating the property. Would stay again if in the area.
