The property shares this unique setting on the banks of the Dordogne with only the owners' house.



The house features a spacious entrance, a comfortable living room with English billiards, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two toilets. The ground floor is entirely step-free and suitable for people with reduced mobility. The bedroom on this level offers easy access and a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has fixed air conditioning, while a mobile air conditioner is available in the ground floor bedroom. Amenities include Wi-Fi, two televisions in the bedrooms, a washer and dryer, a drying rack, beach and pool towels, as well as books and toys for children. You will enjoy a large garden with a shared pool (open from May to September depending on the weather), a covered terrace ideal for outdoor dining, and a barbecue. A secure storage room for bikes and motorcycles is provided, as well as several parking spaces on the property.
