Room is spacious, comfy with nice view. Staff are helpful and especially attentive to elderly. Complimentary breakfast is delcious with lots of variety
Only 1 minus--the pillows. Didn't notice the pillows were a bit too soft. So kept waking up at night and fixed the pillow.

I had a wonderful stay at The Londoner Macao. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, but what really stood out to me was the experience at The Residence. The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and every dish was prepared with great care. The service was equally impressive – the staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. It truly made my stay memorable, and I would highly recommend The Londoner to anyone visiting Macao.
