"I would say setting a standard is difficult but important step in ranking a hotel. Between picking a great vs not a great hotel based on some reviews is a bit difficult and somewhat challenging. This pick was a great one. Kenzo helped in registering our car and made sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. Then we had the chance to meet Diana such a nice person with a friendly smile she made us feel welcomed and as if we knew her for our entire life. Picking the right staff at the front desk is key in the hospitality business since they are the face of the business. Thanks to Kenzo and Diana without a doubt I would recommend this hotel.
