"The restaurant staff are hopeless, forgot one of our orders. Food was nice, but small serving. We went to the bar/restaurant the first night, staff were terrible, same with the atmosphere. In our rooms, cups and glasses were in a high cupboard that I could not reach. Parking was fine across the road, better than I thought it would be."
