For those travelling with a family, staying in a self-catering cottage within the village centre offers convenience and space. Many properties come with gardens, providing room for children to play.

The best times to visit Bonby are during the late spring (May-June) and early autumn (September-October) when the weather is generally pleasant and the village is less crowded.

Late spring offers longer daylight hours and milder temperatures, superb for exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds, which are easily accessible from Bonby. You'll find the countryside is lush and green, and local gardens are in full bloom. It's an ideal time for couples looking for scenic walks and peaceful village life.

Early autumn also provides comfortable weather for outdoor activities, with the added beauty of changing leaf colours.
