Good explanation for why and our own lack of disapline there.. in cabin one there was no hot water for kitchen sink for cleaning dishes, plenty of extra crockery helped. We inderstayed our reservation due to unforeseen circumstances and honestly believed we would have something refunded as i missed my 10% discount off when i payed and we only had four people one night out of the sox we booked"
