One of the most unhelpful experiences. There were possibilities to extend options by the reception staff to make our stay more comfortable but absolutely nothing was done. Wifi never worked and our room was nowhere near to be called a luxury accommodation. Nothing was done to make our stay better even when I myself suggested so many doable options, all that I met was ‘sorry it’s a long weekend, can’t do it’.
Staff needs to be trained to say ‘no’ in a more empathising way and show some keenness to help guests make the most out of their stay. Travelling is not cheap these days and these little human interactions matter a lot.
