"We came here for our honeymoon and the hotel and staff were absolutely amazing. Everything was so easy, staff messaged daily to see if you wanted help sorting arrangements for the following day, rooms cleans etc. they were always on hand via the room phone to sort anything you need including room service (which was so quick!!!), taxis etc. The bar and restaurant is excellent too we ended up eating and drinking at karma a lot as it was so divine. Breakfast included was out of this world too. Honestly would come back again, we have had one of the best trips ever here and the manager should be proud of their establishment. Special thanks to all the staff at Karma for making our trip amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND "

"We stayed for a family trip with our two children (ages 9, 11). We didn't see a lot of other families at the hotel or on the island, but it was nonetheless a very family-friendly location. Our kids LOVED the bunkbeds, swimming pool, and breakfast (we had to limit sweets because there's a 'kid's corner' area to get special donuts and to add sprinkles and things). The staff were the most friendly, welcoming, and accommodating of any hotel staff I've ever had in Asia - every single staff member from desk to food service to cleaning to groundskeeping staff were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. Our bed was really comfortable and the shower was amazing - and if you like super hot showers, then this will be heaven! The bathing and pool towels alike were extra large and really soft. The gym was nice (2 treadmills, 2 bikes, 2 ellipticals, weights, etc.) and had chilled towels and a beautiful view! If you have mobility needs, be sure to contact the hotel because we did encounter a fair amount of stairs and the gym, for example, appears to only be available by stairs. Since they are a resort hotel, they have a lot of cool stuff to do on-site that is more expensive than it is elsewhere on the island, but nothing was outrageous and we mostly just took care of food and transit on our own. We had a lovely stay!"

"We arranged airport transfers with Fair house to collect us from the airport. Upon arrival we were greeted with a sign and taken straight to the hotel. Our check in experience was very pleasant and we were taken to our room via golf cart. We stayed just under 2 weeks and every day was exceptional. We had a Villa with private pool which was perfect and cleaned daily. The room and bathroom are very spacious and the mini bar was very well priced. The hotel itself is in an amazing setting and location on the beach. The pool bar is swim up on all sides and the restaurant is excellent. My wife visited the spa a few times and had an excellent experience. There is also a well kitted out Gym with amazing views. The breakfast is a buffet style with an made to order egg station and the option to order porridge and eggs benedict etc. Our host "Boss" was amazing. He welcomed us every morning and helped arrange a tour to Pig island as well as treat us to a complimentary meal as we were considered long stay guests. All the staff at Fair House Villas are so nice, polite and welcoming. Thank you to Fair House Villas and all the staff for a wonderful and memorable stay. "

"Truly a world-class resort! My wife and I stayed here for a week last year and had an incredible time. Some of the friendliest staff we've encountered and our room was amazing. The gym is fully equipped with everything needed for a good workout. We will definitely miss the ocean views and infinity pool. Definitely plan on staying here again when we come back to Ko Samui.
