"Not a palace but comfortable. Rooms let the hotel down for us, bath leaked, ants on the walls, furniture dated. All very liveable if you’re not fussy but it did let down the hotel. Bed however were clean and comfy. Breakfast and restaurant was good. Pool and surrounds well maintained. Overall we would stay again but bedrooms really could do with some TLC. "

"Little family get away from Mackay was awesome. Room was much nicer than expected, although the bathroom could use an extraction fan, it was very nice. Wife and I enjoyed the soft bed, kids loved the bunks! Pool area was fun and easily accessible from our room. Food was ordered in to our room, a little basic, but yummy. Breakfast in the restaurant was a bit average, but there was a good amount on offer that was complimentary. Overall, we had a great time, we will be back and have told people...
