"My family usually stays At the willow brook but was needing a little cheaper rate when I settled with the bw plaza inn and I’m so happy with my decision! The location ,the tvs with YouTube/netflix, clean rooms&beds,3 pools,hot tub,kiddie pool,24/7 lobby coffee,breakfast area is very nice with outdoor seating options with and indoor and outdoor coffee station. Lots of trees and plants, nice landscaping all around the property. The back pool was our favorite with a baby pool,kiddie pool with led at night , 3-5ft regular pool, and an incredible pavilion with wood handcrafted rocking chairs& huge ceiling fan. There was hardly ever anyone at the back pool which worked even better for us with 5 kids! The front outdoor pool area was the. Most popular, unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to swim in the front indoor or outdoor pool but did check them both out and they looked clean and well maintained. Not that weird pool smell like some hotels. Also didnt get to use the hot tub so not sure how the temperature is. If you are looking for a hotel room that isn’t crazy priced and meets all the criteria that a parent and hotel surfer could want. This hotel just made our list of Absolutely WILL RETURN list and my rate on a Wednesday night through Expedia was $75! We enjoyed our one night so much here it was amazing! "

"Such an awesome place! The kids little cabin area with the bunk beds was such an awesome thing for our kids! They had a treasure hunt in the room for the kids and they were able to get the treasure chest open! That was the coolest thing for them! The amenities are awesome and the rooms are really clean! We would definitely stay here again!"

"The family suites were perfect! We couldn't tell from the pictures that these were actually two separate rooms in one with a small entryway that connects them. It gave each family privacy but also kept us together which was important for us! "
