The good included the host who provided great customer service and a warm welcome, the double en suite rooms I stayed in were of a good standard despite requiring some TLC to the décor and had some maintenance issues (like a broken shower head), the price paid was very reasonable offering value for money, the Wi-Fi worked well and the space was by in large clean. "Good communication around check in, and easy access to room. Poor shower, cramped room, broken door handle, generally tired property. Bin had not been emptied from the previous guest. Location is excellent but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel and wouldn’t stay again. "
