"We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. "

"This is a beautiful hotel that you can relax in the central yard. Very unique bathrooms and the room has a fridge. I would definitely stay here again. Plus, it is right next to SeeCreatures!"

"It is a great property to entertain the entire family. Food was good (some restaurants were better than others) but overall we were satisfied with the food. The room was clean but we had a first level room and there were quite a few mosquitoes so do bring bug repellent. Some towers don’t have elevators so if you bring lots of luggage or bigger items (stroller) be ready to use the stairs. Pools were great and there were plenty of lounge chairs. "
"Overall the experience at an all inclusive was fantastic. The food, drinks and rooms were all very great. Would have wished that the two rooms I booked would have been closer to each other.
Transportation to and from the airport was the only thing that was horrible experience.

"I really love the ambiance has a very Mexican look. Everyone was super nice very close to the clubs and restaurants. I walked about 18 min back to hotel at night and felt safe. The only thing I would take away is that I would have liked to listen to more Latin music in this resort, I didn’t like that they had a live band playing only Yt American music . They should embrace the culture I came here to enjoy Latin America not North America (pop) I understand that the majority but hey they here to enjoy Mexico "

"It was a great stay! The staff is friendly? Food was good and the room was amazing. The only downside for me was not to able to get in the ocean (red flag was in placed cause the water wasn’t safe for swimming)
