"I booked during spring break. The resort does not respect the rights of non-spring break guests. It is really unfortunate. THey let the kids disrepect other guests, very unhappy with how hey handled a spring breaker throwing a drink in my grandaughters face. Very disappointed."

"No refrigerator so no ice and they have no ice machines and there is a couple of clubs across the street who play music on certain nights till five in the morning and it’s extremely loud like unbelievably loud and thumping the base so you can’t sleep unless you have earplugs. No microwave. "

A special thank you to the bellboys, Evan and Jaime, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They answered all our questions about the area and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Shout out to all the staff as well for their hospitality and assistance. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, within walking distance to everything in the city, which made exploring very easy and enjoyable. Since the hotel only opened in December 2025, everything felt brand new and exceptionally clean — from the lobby to the rooms. Our room was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. You can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property. We opted for the breakfast-only package, and it was exactly what we needed to start each day. The restaurant staff and lobby team were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop — the pool and the view of the city were absolutely amazing. It was the perfect place to relax and take it all in. We traveled as a couple and really appreciated the calm and relaxing environment. Compared to large all-inclusive resorts, this boutique hotel offers a much more peaceful and personal atmosphere.
