"My husband skinned his knee, I asked for alcohol. They said they bring it up. Someone showed with a first aid kit and cleaned him up and put ointment on him. I didn't have to do a thing other than watch. Very much appreciated. Also, felt cared for when we left early one morning I am unmarked vehicle and we were asked our room # and where we were going. They also spoke with the driver. Thank YOU "

"The views from this hotel are simply breathtaking. Our room overlooked the marina and we were lucky to be located on the 5th(top) floor. The marina was a hub of activity with little boats to huge boats, watching them navigate each other especially in the dark was fascinating. The infinity pool overlooking the marina was great to watch all the activity during the day. The infinity pool on the side of the hotel overlooked the ocean and the arch. Cruise ships moored within sight and it was fun to watch all the passengers go to the town. The hotel itself was lovely, the food was great but the best thing were the staff, they were great ! Everyone did their best to ensure we had a good time. Shout outs to Santiago, Alfredo and Carolina."
