"My experience was a 10 out of 10 as I was here for 5 nights with my sister to celebrate my birthday. When we asked for a change of room due to the initial room smelling damp, it was handled seamlessly. The restaurants don't take reservations, so go early or you may have to wait a long time to get a seat. We were impressed by the selection at the buffet. The gym can use some modern equipment. The staff was always professional and I was always happy tip. Will recommend 100%."

"The rooms are very clean! Could use in room robes but you can request them. Staff is very helpful and tip in cash is best. Beach was closed when we came because of hurricane Rachel. So if you come during hurricane season know that you may not be able to use the beach. Pools are clean but no shade so make sure to request umbrellas and use sunscreen. Activities are everyday and fun. Servers by the pool are great and will check on you every 10 minutes. Food is good but takes some time so don’t be in a hurry. It’s vacation so enjoy the leisurely pace."

"The condo was very clean and well outfitted. Mini-split heat pumps in all of the major rooms. The main issue was a bunch of little problems:The AC in the master bedroom initially didn’t work. Took a couple of hours to problem solve and fix. We had two good sized rainstorms that resulted water leaking through bedroom ceilings, bathroom walls, and the floors facing patio doors. The people were GREAT. Front desk went out of their way to assist with our issues. They also stored 120 pounds of yellow fin tuna for free to make our stay better. With a small bit of mainenance it would be back to full marks."
