"Stunning property with excellent centralized location to enjoy both Cahuita and the Puerto Viejo areas. The road to the property is quite filled with potholes, but it’s so worth the stay. Would definitely re-book and recommend!!"

"The home was very clean! At first the extra blankets in the bedroom smelled of mildew (impossible to avoid in that climate) but the host quickly came and washed and returned them. The house is so close to the ocean you can hear the waves all the time, and see the beach from the balcony. Yes there is some road noise but that's inescapable, and the neighbor with barking dogs doesn't seem to let them out much; they were no bother at all. We were happy we had a rental car for the 6 minute drive to everything in Puerto Viejo. The pool is tiny but good to dunk yourself in to cool off. We enjoyed visits from Blanquita (the friendly resident cat) and gave her chicken to eat."
