"We stayed 3 nights. We liked that it was directly in front of beach. Nice free breakfast. Salt water pool was so nice. The staff were great. They always checked in to ensure guests were happy and had what they needed. My bad for not thinking that it is in the jungle. We saw a snake at the pool (little and not a threat), resident howler monkeys woke us at 5 am every morning (again part of nature) and sloths!! Dining options around hotel are limited however you can take a tuktuk into puerto Viejo for more dining options. "

"The staff was excellent. Diego was very friendly and gave us great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. He went above and beyond and is an asset to Le Cameleon. David was also very friendly and full of good advice. Also Brady and Cindy. The gardens all around were beautiful. The restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend Le Cameleon if you’re heading to Puerto Viejo. "

"Absolutely beautiful location. It was quiet and exactly what I needed to recharge. The hospitality was TOP TIER. I was completely spoiled by the host and wasnt expecting such generosity. "Shelley, Carlos, and Darien are AMAZING. My family and I had such a memorable stay at their home. The open concept is exactly what you want at a location within the rain forest. They were very accommodating throughout our stay. The location is within walking distance from 3 grocery stores (supermarkets), a pharmacy, and delicious restaurant. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and open. We highly recommend staying here. We will see you all again "
