"This is a basic hotel, no frills. We stayed for 3 nights to be in town after being on Playa Negra for 3 nights. Beds and bathroom are basic but suffice. Hot water is questionable, but honestly a nice cool shower after sweating all fay is fine by me. Breakfast was adequate, check in was smooth. Other reviewers noted the lack of tv (we had room 8, a king bed with balcony) but we didn't even use the tv in the beachfront hotel, so not a big deal to us. Wifi was stable. Security seemed ok, although...

"This property and the cabana were stunning. Everything was perfect. A lovely welcome drink and overview of property and area with Jari awaited us upon check in. Beautiful pool, spotless room with no detail overlooked, including eye masks and ear plugs, fresh pot of coffee delivered every morning, followed by great breakfasts and chats with Selva and the team. A truly relaxing stay. I hope to be able to return to this little oasis one day."

"I found a great spot to hang out in Puerto Viejo, and it's super close to all the action. The staff there was fantastic, always friendly and helpful, making the stay even better. "This place had really good ratings and looked so cool. It seems like an awesome idea but we were really disappointed when we got there. We asked for an early checkin, which was really nice of the owner to give us, who communicated through WhatsApp. When we arrived we couldn't find any staff for about 15 minutes. They came from the direction of our dome and gave us a key. We didn't do a formal check in or check out, they just gave us the key and showed us to the room which had black hair all...

"Buena atención por parte de Gabriel, siempre disponible. Sin problema para recibir mascotas. La casa cuenta con una buena zona verde. Solo falta colocar un tramo muy pequeño de cerramiento entre las dos casas, para que los perros no se pasen a la otra propiedad. Bien la limpieza general de la casa. En los artículos de cocina, si es necesario un aseo profundo en algunos. Buena asolación en la piscina."
