"Bed was way too soft in the middle causing uncomfortable night. The walls had patch repairs looked very rough. Shower pressure was very low. Half a roll of toilet paper only supplied. Heating didn’t work. Parking was not very well marked out. Did not say anywhere that the hotel is situated right beside a local aerodrome and would be planes coming in and out from 7am in the morning. Feels like it could really do with a good spruce up to a better level of quality"

My partner and I are from the city and needed a weekend to getaway. The hilltop upstairs apartment exceeded my expectations and is by far one of the most beautiful places I have stayed at. The attention to detail, the view and size of the apartment was enough for us to want to stay inside and not have to go anywhere. Clean, quiet, spacious and luxurious. You can jump in the spa in the evening open the window and smell country air and wood log fire.
