"This has been a "Go to" property for us. It is great value for the money. It is getting a bit "Tired". The staff is always great. Restaurant and shopping are near by. You can easily walk to the train station and ride into Hamburg on the Metronom train. "

"We really loved our stay here. The check in and check out were smooth. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The free mini-bar was a nice surprise :) I had a work call during our stay, and the wifi worked wonderully throughout the meeting. Would have loved to stay longer than just one night!"

"With no advance warning, we were told our rooms had water damage, so we were moved to another hotel SoltauerHof which was cold, pretty empty and our rooms had work n and scaffolding outside General disrepair and facilities closed Few staff No offer of discount "

"We chose a place to stay because it said it doesn't allow pets. To our dismay, when leaving we saw that the room below us had a meduim sized dog. Also there were moth holes and stains on the curtains, a thick layer of dust on the door, mould in the shower area and crumbs on my pillow. Breakfast was lack luster and the whole place had an air of neglect. We were also disturbed at 3am by loud conversations in the corridor. On the plus side, it was in a really beautiful, quiet, out of the way place. "
