"Clean room, nice staff, good view, good facilities"

"Nice location. Room was adequate by no means luxury. Walls were very thin and you could hear anyone walking outside. Was an OK stay"

"Great service and a great stay!"

"Had a awesome stay"

"Everything was great. Close to the village and the room was just perfect."

"Enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable room."

"Nice place, reasonable price."

"My first time staying here, Parking is free and it is a 1 min walk to the village and 4 min walk to the Pizza Village. The balcony view is worth it if you like a cold breeze depending on the weather and they have mini small snack bar on the lobby floor that has red bull energy drinks. The fireplace was amazing and I think I'll come back again because its a good deal to be close to the town"

"I loved our stay was cute with a little kitchen I enjoyed it so much!!!"

"Perfect stay for a quick trip up to Big Bear!"

"What a nice place. After an exhausted day we found this hotel and we loved. The room was super clean, the bathroom was impeccable, my wife liked the pillows so much that she asked me to buy them like for our house. Without a doubt when we go back to Big Bear, we will stay here and recommend it to all our friends."

"It looks like the interior of the property was recently remodeled. It was very clean and it looks great."

"The atmosphere and the staff is awesome great place!!"
