The lady at the front desk greeted me in such a welcoming manner. She made me feel as if they were expecting me. The room is very well insulated which is important for such cold weather. The room was very clean. There is a large smart TV. My room has 2 heaters, one closer to the bed. The water was hot for the shower, there are plenty of towels. The room is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and a tea kettle with extra cups. I reserved a basic King room and it is very large, and so is the bed. Lastly, the WiFi works great, and parking was free and convenient. I always book here because the prices cannot be beat for the services provided.

We stayed for one night and I have no complaints. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and location was amazing. The outside of the building is a little rundown, but the rooms seemed to have been updated recently. If you’re looking for a place for a quick trip this is definitely worth it.

Room was beautiful, very modern, newly renovated, Very clean room and bathroom. Only downside arw the walls, they are too thin, you can hear everything next door. Need insulation foam between rooms, but wiill definitely stay again. Outside needs improvement, look old and outdated but with some paint will make it 100% perfect.

I’ve stayed here on two occasions for one night. The room was clean and comfortable, providing exactly what I needed for a short visit. While the accommodation is basic and doesn't offer much extra in terms of amenities, it served its purpose well for a quick overnight stay. It's not ideal for a longer stay, but if you’re just passing through or need a one-night stopover, it’s a solid choice.

The hotel looked to be partially renovated, and the staff was very kind. Inside the room, it was a cozy size, and the bathroom was clean and surprisingly higher tech. The toilet has a remote lol. Could probably use some more cleaning outside to look more presentable, but aside from that it was a pleasant stay.

I overall enjoyed my stay here. Check-in was easy because they called me to check me in since nobody would be in the lobby. If I ever had questions they would answer my call. Check-out was easy as well. All I had to do was text the manager and she emailed me a receipt. Another plus is it was walking distance to The Village. The economy room I stayed in was clean and everything worked. Thanks for a great stay!

Good enough but unlikely we’ll be back.

Property was recently renovated. Bed was comfortable but walls between rooms are paper thin. My girlfriend and I couldn’t sleep from the TV and snoring from the guest/s in the room next door. Sufficient parking for our small sedan. Good location and okay enough just for a place to sleep.

Front desk person was very kind and welcoming. Check-in was great. Clean room. Heater worked very well. We were cold when we got in. Within 15 minutes we were worm🙂Bathroom clean. The shower was very hot. It seemed impossible to get it adjusted to just warm. It I slept well in the bed. My husband didn’t. The lamp didn’t work in our room. The only ice machine was in the lobby, which was okay. But it didn’t work. The price was reasonable.

This Inn/hotel is right next to big bear mountain. We arrived super late like 3am due to driving from San Diego. The on call supervisor was there and super nice and gave us a later check out time because we arrived way past check in. The room was nice, large area for bed and the bathroom was standard. They had adequate parking around the inn/hotel. I would definitely be booking again for a big bear trip.
