The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Bernières-sur-Mer, this charming duplex with a surface of 53 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 21 m², an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a children's bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a balcony. Wifi and household linen included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A 21 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area.
- An open plan kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2 (children): bunk beds.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- A south-facing balcony, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is ideally located in Bernières-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and family environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market (in St Aubin sur mer at less than 1 km, or those of Bernières and Courseulles sur mer)...

Activities :
You will have the opportunity to enjoy a large number of activities: walking or cycling along the coast, walking along the marina, tennis, horse riding, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, circular cinema Arromanche 360, Casino, Visit of the Juno Beach museum in Courseulles-sur-Mer...
We advise you to visit the beautiful market in the centre of Courseulles-sur-Mer on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Duplex Croisette "Appartement simple mais bien équipé, idéalement situé au bord du front de mer et près du centre. 🙂 La situation est parfaite, en bord de plage, proche du centre de Saint-Aubin sur Mer, de ses commerces et de ses restaurants. La cuisine bien équipée et la vaisselle, complète et jolie. 🙁 L'exiguïté du petit salon où se trouve la télévision. Une fois le canapé-lit déplié, impossible de circuler et même de poser les coussins dans cette minuscule pièce."

Duplex Croisette Logement très proche de la plage sans avoir à traverser une voie avec véhicules. Bien disposé et bien équipé (attention à l'escalier très raide). Coût du ménage conséquent par rapport au résultat : baignoire avec traces sales, également robinetterie, aérateurs obstrués par poussière, toiles araignées.

Duplex Croisette "Logement très agréable, juste à côté de la mer. L'appartement est confortable, spacieux et bien équipé. Petit bémol sur les équipements de tous les jours un peu légers (pas de sel, poivre etc) et le prix du ménage obligatoire très élevé par rapport au prix de la chambre ! Tout est dans un parfait état et idéal pour passer un bon séjour au calme en Normandie !"

Duplex Croisette "Agréable séjour malgré une météo capricieuse, logement bien agencé et idéalement situé. 🙂 Confortable et bien situé 🙁 Lit superposé : échelle dévissée et lattes manquantes, escalier raide, poussière sur le meuble tv et sous la table basse, pas de sèche cheveux, pas de pince à linge, et matelas du lit double trop grand pour mon drap housse."
