"There was an active remodel underway. There was no breakfast available at this location. You had to walk next door to a different hotel for breakfast. Imagine 2 hotels worth of clients vying for breakfast on a weekend. The bathroom was unsafe to shower. There was no grab bar or anything to grab hold of while getting in or out of the shower. The tub offered no non-slip surface or special floor mat. In fact, my companion slipped in the tub and fell. The room had no hangars. It was as if the room remodel was incomplete. The towels for the bathroom were left on the vanity top…because there were no shelves. The balcony was nice and the birds stayed away from the missing light fixture “hole” while we were outside. The staff did bring extra towels promptly after my companion fell which was appreciated."

"We had stayed at this property before but this was not a good experience. There were so many issues. First room smelled like smoke. They had no problems moving us to another room. But then this room had problems with the shower head. It kept breaking. Couldn't control the temperature. And at one point could not turn the shower off. The staff was great with trying to fix it. They had to come by several times. Then the toilet back filled. they fixed it and the next day it was backing up. These are things you shouldn't have to worry about on vacation. "

"Our room was very noisy this time .It seemed that a generator was on all night .We stayed in the 16th floor and it seemed that the generator was on the roof fairly close to us .dont know what happened this time ,we usually stay here ."
