"The NH was an excellent place to stay for the World University Games swimming meet. It was a quick tram ride to the stop close to the pool. It was very walkable when the weather was nice. Staff was friendly as well. "

"Great stay, beautiful hotel, great location walkable to central tourist sights. Views from the room on the cathedral side were great to wake up to. Hotel restaurant really nice with relaxed atmosphere."
"First time staying but would definitely stay again. Easy to book and check-in on line. Access codes received on day of arrival and worked perfectly. Felt safe walking around at all hours. Nearest S/U Bahn is a comfortable 10 minute walk. Loads of places to eat in close proximity. The only thing that could improve it would be a safe in the room."

"Great location. 5 minute walk into alexanderplatz or can jump on the tram right outside the hotel. There is a stand in the reception where you can buy bus tours, etc and the lady there was so helpful! Staff were all really helpful and attentive. We had an issue with our sink and it was resolved by the time we got back in the afternoon. Breakfast was also lovely. Cannot fault this hotel at all. "

"The only thing I would say they need to change is soundproofing the rooms a little bit because they have great fire doors but they slam all morning long starting at like 5:00 in the morning so bring some earplugs or some headphones so that you don't wake up due to all that noise"
"Had a lovely stay for a long weekend with the family. We had 3 rooms between us which were all a good size, clean and comfortable.
The hotel is a bit out of the city centre but there is a tram right outside which was useful.
Breakfast was tasty and lots of choice. They make pancakes on request and I definitely recommend them!
Staff were all very friendly. Especially wanting to say a massive thank you to Rando for going the extra mile to make the trip a special one for my in-laws 40th wedding anniversary! "
