Love Motel One properties, and this one did not disappoint! We had a last-minute change to our itinerary, and Motel One worked with us to accommodate the change. Lovely breakfast, excellent location, incredibly comfortable bed, nice rain shower.

A very good choice

Great location close to public transit, places of interest, shopping and restaurants. The property was contemporary and immaculate. The staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend Motel one Alexanderplatz without reservation.

Very handy for Alexanderplatz and station

Room clean, modern and comfortable. No free water provided and couldn't see anywhere to get anything in the hotel. No minibar. All in all decent and handy. Service ok rather than great.

Had a wonderful stay

Had a lovely stay at Motel One. Don't let the "motel" name throw you off. This is a large, modern, comfortable and clean hotel in one of the most convenient locations in Berlin. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This is a very standard and basic 3 star. There were no: coffee machine, telephone, closet (only hooks), face clothes, pen/paper in the room. The bed was so hard it was uncomfortable. It was however clean and the staff were friendly. I would not stay there again but that is a personal choice. I was very disappointed especially as I paid over €225 for the first night!!!!!
