"This hotel is very unique, and in the best neighborhood. The staff is excellent and having a pool and suana on the premises, especially for international travelers who are weary, is amazing. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The bar manager is sweetheart and just makes you feel welcome. This is not the holiday inn. The rooms are tiled and it was an old public pool facility, but that is what makes it so interesting. I recommend it highly and always stay here!"

"Very well placed near Alexanderplatz and handy for access to underground system and s-line to and from the airport. Lots of activity nearby and good restaurants and bars. Easy walking distance to all Berlin’s centre attractions. Hotel itself very good value. Compact but adequate and very clean room. Breakfast basic and busy at peak times but part of the good value."

"The hotel is in a wonderful location. Its very nice and quiet, and the tram line and U'ban and S'ban, are also just outside the hotel, with easy access to town centre and other places. The hotel is very clean and the staff were all very helpful. Food options are many, with several restaurants on site and there are a few supermarkets next to the hotel and a Burger King across the road, so all in all, a great place. We had a a lot of fun and will definitely be coming back soon."

"The hotel was nice, it was very clean, my room was perfect size for single traveler period the mattress was a little harder than I'm used to but it was still comfortable. Plenty of towels in the room for if you need to shower or wash hair. I did not purchase breakfast with my room so I do not know how the breakfast is. My main issue is that at check-in, I wasn’t asked to verify my card or offered to use a different one. They automatically charged my reservation card without informing me, only mentioning the city tourism tax. When I asked if I needed to pay that separately, he avoided the question and just said, “You pay here,” so I assumed it was separate. I paid the tax with my travel debit card, and he handed me the keys without mentioning the room was charged to my other card. I asked if I should pay at check-out, and he revealed the room was already charged. I explained I wasn’t aware and would have preferred to use my other card to avoid foreign fees. He looked it up, seemed unsure if it was even charged, so I checked my bank account, told him I saw it and it was fine since it was already charged, but he didn't acknowledge me and he then refunded the amount without asking, which took a day to process and didn't cover foreign transaction fees. And I had to pay again with my travel card. If I was on a tighter budget, that could've seriously screwed things up for me. As it is, the main thing is the lack of communication, doing things with my card without checking with me."

"Excellent hotel in Berlin – Highly recommended! This hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. At the same time, the area is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. If you’re looking for a great location, peace and quiet, and excellent service in Berlin, this hotel is a perfect choice. We would definitely return!"
