The check-in went smoothly even if we were late. The staff actually called to remind us to check in online. The place was easy to find, and close to restaurants, tram, and subway. It was actually walking distance to sites. The only thing is the noise at night. It is situated in a very busy area and you can hear the voices of people having fun outside, tram, police siren, etc. We didn’t mind though because we fell asleep easily after doing a lot of walking in Berlin. And also, no parking spot. We had to go to the Decathlon parking spot in Alexanderplatz to park our car for 2 days (by the way, you need exact change to pay for parking)…. Will recommend

Great apartments - check emails before you arrive
Apartments are fantastic. The location is fantastic. But be aware that reception closes at 19:00 - at least on a Saturday, and if you arrive after that you have to go through a process of filling out an online form in German uploading an image of your ID, and then approving a security deposit via credit card. Only then do you get a code to access the apartment (with key cards inside). I was driving so not checking me emails, plus most were all in German - though there was one sent in English via Hotels.com. I’d still stay again, it’s just not necessarily as straightforward as you might think.

Great location, large rooms
Very large apartment in a hip part of the city with many restaurants, shops, and super easy transportation access. Staff was very helpful. Windows sealed out street noise very well.

nice location, good spatial room, overall meets the expectations what is missing 1. a lobby (reception only with limited hours) 2. microwave in the kitchen - we had a kitchen and brought food but had only stove & toaster 3. TV - the tv didnt work, we could not even watch our netflix or other cable tv

Worth every penny.
Excellent location. Convenient walk to everything...train station, subways, buses, restaurants, historical sites, winter markets...you name it. Front desk staff spoke English clearly and were exceptionally accommodating. Will definitely be back if ever in Berlin again.

Too expensive&wrongly advertised - avoid in summer
The location& cleanliness of this property is great and the interior has been designed with great attention to detail. However the property is extremely hot in summer and the provided fans don’t make a difference. Opening a window is possible however not if you want to sleep as you are by a main road which has constant traffic even in the middle of the night - during our stay not one of us had a comfortable night sleep. Furthermore we booked a two bedroom apartment thinking we would get two bedrooms. However the second bedroom is basically a sofa bed in a corridor with no windows through which everyone has to pass to get to the bathroom. We weren’t provided with a WiFi password or bath matt nor sufficient towels and second key. If it would have cost half as much as we paid, I’d have accepted all the faults but for how pricey this was it was a disappointment.

Perfect location!
Perfect location, perfect apartment! My wife, 2 kids and I stayed for 4 nights and it was exactly what we hoped for. Very clean apartment with a 500 foot walk to public transportation (U-Bahn and the trams) The proximity of the apartment to public transportation make every point of the city accessible. Plenty of restaurants just steps outside of the building and a “REWE” grocery store about 1/4 of a mile away. We could not have asked for a better place. The street outside is a bit noisy but we knew that going in, and the noise doesn’t bother our family, so for us, it was a non-issue. If we ever find ourselves in Berlin again, we will definitely be staying here!

lovely family break in Berlin
Lovely apartments very convenient for the city centre everything walking distance. Left the heating in too high the first night so had to open the window but the road outside is rather noisy so wouldn’t recommend opening. Other than that perfect for a family of four and well serviced.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped, clean and warm and in area that had a variety of shops, restaurants and transport links. The city centre and the main sights were in walking distance. Because it was so central there was some street noise but we would visit the apartments again. The staff were very helpful indeed.

We had a lovely stay in a super comfortable well designed family room. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. It’s a great location with easy connections by U-bahn, S-bahn and tram. Highly recommended!

Good property in a great location
Great location with plenty of restaurants and public transportation near by. The room was clean and well established with a mini-kitchen and all the dishes needed to use it. The only downsides were the coffee was only included for the first day, the rest you had to buy and the WiFi occasionally went out. There was a tram track on the road outside, but in Berlin you'd be hard pressed to find a property not near a track and it did not bother me. Overall it was a good property and I'd definitely stay there again.
