Welcome to Casa Sonrisa! A luxury spacious apartment located in peaceful Benitachell with stunning country/mountain views. Enjoy exclusive use of the private pool, terrace, outdoor kitchen and BBQ. The apartment is on the pool level. The owners reside on the upper level but ensure you have complete privacy using the villas best amenities.
Enjoy the festivals, beaches/resorts of Moraira 10 mins,Jávea 15 mins and Denia 25 mins offering dining, shopping. Cycling, tennis, hiking & golf all nearby.

The space
This apartment is attached to the main villa and includes a bedroom featuring a king size bed, large living room with 50"TV which has all your premium channels, nicely equipped kitchen. Outside enjoy the patio, pool, additional fitted kitchen and separate BBQ with breathtaking countyside/mountain views towards Calpe and the Montgo. Enjoy amenities including high speed wi-fi , free roadside parking and a pellet burner stove after October.

Guest access
There is a shared entrance with a private staircase providing access to apartment. Pool and terrace will remain private while guests are at the villa.

With your stay you will have access to additional amenities for use including beach towels, 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and cooler.

Please note this apartment is avalible for one couple only (not suitable for children). No smoking or outside guests permitted.
