"Perfect house for a weekend in Spain. Extraordinarily friendly and service minded host."

"Immaculate property with all facilities needed for family holiday. Very clean and comfortable with nice air conditioning and excellent pool. We were pleasantly surprised to find a selection of bits for use in the pool and on the beach. The underground parking kept to car cool. There is a great table tennis set up in the basement.Location is amazing for easy walk to town and beach. We had one problem (when the garage door broke) but this was dealt with incredibly quickly by the maintenance...

"Pros: Zalige vakantie gehad in Casa Coby. Echt een aanrader. Verschillende terrassen waar je op elke moment van de dag van de zon kunt genieten of juist van de schaduw. Erg mooi gerenoveerd en van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. Komen heel graag nog een keer terug om te genieten van de Spaanse zon, gastvrijheid, het luxe vakantiehuis en uiteraard de Spaanse keuken en wijntjes!"

"Pros: Host is really helpful..Checkin was straight forward pool was great for the kids and adults very clean with everything you needed available at hand beautiful beaches just around the corner"

"We enjoyed a great relaxing week staying at the property. It is fully equipped with everything needed and from check-in to our occasional queries we were hosted brilliantly. This property is perfectly located close to supermarkets and just a short spin to Dénia for a beach or restaurant trip. We'd certainly love to visit again - the property has...

"Pros: Perfect holiday with the family."

"Pros: Het zwembad en het mooie uitzicht"

"Pros: The villa was is good condition. Masterbed room great space. The other 2 rooms were fine but the shower space was good only the space for the WC/ toilets was a bid narrow. But overall it was okay. What we really missed was a welcome map. What to do ifyou needed a doctor or dentist.places of interest, restaurants . This should be a must!!!!!!"

"Benimarco is ideal for a family. The large swimming pool was in constant use, especially by the children. Facilities were plentiful. The dishwasher was being emptied when we arrived, but frankly the crockery and cutlery were not clean and cleaning staff were not prepared to do anything. All had to be hand washed before use - Shame as everything else was great."

"The house, the view, the beautiful clean pool was excellent and more than suited our needs. Definitely need a car. The location is necessary for the amazing view but the roads are not walkable and it is an hours walk to the beach and town. Some of the furniture was a little tired compared to the photos eg broken arm on the sofa and the dining chairs were precarious. But that didn’t bother us as we worked around it by making use of the outside kitchen and dining area. For the money, a bit more...
