Absolutely beautiful

Everything is well maintained and lovely decorated. You’ll find a few restaurants and a bakery as well as a grocery shop in walking distance. I would definitely stay again at this house and can highly recommend!

Pros: Tuin, met diverse zitjes waardoor er altijd een schaduwplek te vinden was en een plek uit de wind. Cons: De woonkamer had geen zonwering aan de buitenkant. Daardoor werd het warm in huis. Er was wel airco, maar dat vonden wij niet prettig om aan te hebben.

Pros: Villa ligt werkelijk prachtig boven op een berg met vrij uitzicht op vuurtoren en zee. De villa ligt ca. 9km buiten het dorp in een erg rustige omgeving dus perfect voor rustzoekers en mensen die geen belangstelling hebben voor het bruisende nachtleven van Javea. Het enige minpuntje is dat de villa ook gebruikt wordt door de eigenaar als tweede woning, en er daardoor verschillende kasten en de derde slaapkamer zijn afgesloten,ook de garage is afgesloten en kan dus niet gebruikt worden. Door dit alles hou je eigenlijk toch het gevoel dat je logeert in het huis van een ander, maar als je jezelf er niet aanstoort dan heb je een perfecte villa voor een ontspannen vakantie. Verder is het huis compleet ingericht en alle apperatuur werkt naar behoren.

Pros: Avant notre arrivée, nous avons eu des échanges avec Ivan le propriétaire qui était assez réactif. Nous avons été accueilli sur place par Jitka qui était assez sympathique. La maison est superbe et décorée avec goût. Le quartier était très calme et c'est ce que nous recherchions. Il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis : c'était comme être dans un cocon. La vue de la piscine est superbe sur les hauteurs de Javea. Les enfants ont profité du jardin qui est magnifique. La piscine avec la partie pour enfants était très appréciable, nous avons pu y baigner notre bébé de 7 mois. La piscine est bien entretenue avec quelqu'un qui vient 2 fois dans la semaine Enfin, il y a de nombreux équipements pour cuisiner et surtout la climatisation dans les 2 chambres et le séjour. S'il fallait juste trouver un point négatif c'était le vent qui soufflait quelques fois un peu fort. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien profiter de cette semaine de vacances.
