Staff were friendly

Clean room and good value

Staff at Reception are very friendly and responsive. We stayed one last Saturday, my wife forgot and left some clothes in the hotel room when checkout, which were posted to our home soon by the responsible staff. Thank you for your excellent service!!

Welcoming staff, clean apartment, nice pool and spa. Cutlery and crockery not clean

Beautiful clean location. Great range of mod cons. Amenities were terrific. Communication was fantastic.

Staff friendly helpful. Provided additional information about the tourist attractions . Swimming pool fantastic. Love the fact that tiolet & shower separated.

Stayed overnight. Room was comfortable, spacious, very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and had excellent local knowledge. Fantastic shower, the perfect pressure and quantity of water, super fluffy towels. Only downfall was the bed was a little too hard for my liking but that is a personal preference.

We were literally only here long enough to sleep but I found it great - check in was extremely friendly, the room was clean and modern. There appears to be limited facilities at the hotel (ie: no pool) but it was perfect for a nights accomodation when we were hardly going to be there.

Simple and straightforward accommodation in Bendigo 10 minutes drive to the Town Square and town centre, spacious “Executive Room” styled with rustic wooden furnitures with a huge my jetted spa bath, be aware of high rates during the Easter Fair weekend, first time we paid $220 per night for a Best Western property, friendly and warm staff who attended to our requests immediately without any hassle

Loved our stay. Parked the car and walked everywhere. Great to have breakfast delivered to room. Easy check-in and check-out. Friendly, helpful staff and accommodation very clean.

Excellent 👌

Loved the stay, staff were friendly, accommodation was fantastic and next time we will dine in!!

Friendly staff would recommend to stay

The room was beautiful and clean. We had more beds than requested at such a reasonable price. We had everything needed to be self contained, cooked all our own meals etc. At night the room was really quiet and beds very comfortable. Would certainly recommend and would love to visit in the warmer weather as the pool looked very tempting for my 7 year old!

Cabin style accommodation well appointed and very comfortable. A great communal games room with arcade games and a big screen TV and DVD player, with a fantastic BBQ area right outside. Best of all there is a jumping pillow and a huge indoor play centre to keep the kids amused for hours. All this is included as part of your accommodation cost.

A really great property in a calm and quiet environment, located approximately 18 km from Bendigo. We booked the bunk-bed family cabin, which offered sufficient space for 4-6 people, with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The cabin was equipped with TVs in both rooms, a kettle, a pop-up toaster, serving ware, chopping boards, and basic cutlery. Both rooms had air conditioning (heating and cooling), and the bathroom had hot water showers. The only appliance missing was a microwave oven, but...

Great location, Comfortable, well equipped and clean rooms.

I want commend Matthew for being excellent on his job. I made a wrong booking date but he made us to check in on the right date. We are fully satisfied and 5 star rating for Matthew.💞🙏
