Waterloo Suites Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
10/10 Excellent
"The only negative issue was that they need to replace the shower heads and the bathroom shower was black and needed to be replaced or scrubbbed really well."
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Waterloo - St Jacobs by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Room 312. The wall print beside the bed had something splashed on it, obvious it hadn't been cleaned. I was also able to write clean me in the dust on top of the microwave and the walls near the garbage can in the bathroom could use a wipe. I was in an accessible room with a walk-in shower. While I did not require this room going in I almost did coming out because the shower curtain is way too short and did not contain the water within the shower area which made the bathroom floor extremely slippery as the little towel they give you for the floor was not sufficient. That said, the bed was comfortable, and the room was quite large. No bacon at the breakfast and the sausage seemed like a low quality brand. The selection of muffins, etc was good. Lastly, the hotel lobby is under construction and the banging started not long after 8:00 but in fairness didn't last that long. Just long enough to wake me up."
"If you are looking for a kitchen and convenient location, this is a great choice. Walkable to parks, excellent food options, cute coffee shops and shopping. Also close to the universities. Convenient digital key system via your phone. Nice layout with open kitchen. I’ve stayed here twice now and would book again."
