"The location was easy to miss, especially at night, because the sign was not lighted and entry was very small. The room was clean, comfortable, and convenient, and parking was free, although I did not get the ground floor I had asked for (there is no elevator). The bed was nice, the lights had easy toggle switches, the shower had hot water, and there was lots of counter space, even in the private bathroom. But the sink did not have hot water, the towel rack needed one end to be secured (which was done), and the shower curtain around the tiny shower stall needed more hangers (which was done). The train travelling just across the street blew its whistle in the middle of the night, but the staff were friendly and accommodating."

"Renovated, very close to Peoria Sports Complex, many, many nearby restaurants, nice staff, decent breakfast, small but nice swimming pool. Overall very good, although small room for a suite."

"Anthony was a great host. The home was perfect and well decorated. It was very roomy and we loved that we could bring our dog with us. The beds were perfectly firm and felt brand new. I appreciated that we could use the garage to park. There is absolutely no clutter in this home and it had a very modern feel. I like the fact that the entire house had hard flooring vs carpet. AC and hot water worked perfectly. We didn’t really cook while we were there but the kitchen was stocked well enough for my wife and I. This will be our first choice if we ever need to come back to Sun City. "
