Great stay in the heart of Belgrade the hotel is wonderfully located for a weekend break. Staff were friendly and helpful would highly recommend for anyone visiting Belgrade for a few days.

Hotel Majestic was a very nice place to stay. They were very helpful making taxi arrangements in early morning on couple of occasions due to some early flights I had. Also this was a very convenient location for a first time tourist to Belgrade as it was an easy walk to the Fortress and many dining options nearby. Hopefully I can return to Belgrade someday and if I do I will definitely stay here.

Great hotel in the centre of Belgrade. Staff were very helpful and professional. Room was clean but needed some upkeep (old hardwood floor had missing planks just covered with a small area rug, shower door broken and not working..). All in all, a nice hotel with an excellent location.

It was dusty inside and I got sick after staying here —the hotel look cool only in the lounge but inside it’s horrible and the people working there are unfriendly !

They organized parking spots recently so guests are gonna be able to use those spots. I don't like the spots are more expensive than public parking spots even though they use the same garage next to hotel.

The staff are all very helpful and friendly, 24/7. It's in a pedestrian zone - cars (and taxis)can't get very near it - and also there is no way to get inside the hotel or around it without stairs, and to get to the back section rooms there are a few sections of stairs, about 15 in all, before getting to the elevator. For the hotel breakfast, inexplicably, one is required to.sit inside instead of the pleasant patio - where one can have anything, as long as it isn't the hotel breakfast. It was a heat wave and the fridge in my room was warm. But really they were so nice it was hard to get annoyed, the location is great (the pedestrian zone is off the main square and full of little cafes and stores but not noisy); and the price lower than I'd have thought.

Excellent location in central Belgrade pedestrian area and Kalemegdan. Large room with balcony and bathroom. We had the ‘family room’ with a bath tub and a small bonus bedroom.

Old style hotel. Bathroom super old, no shower over head. Don't take their breakfast. Location is good but all restaurants and bars around remain open till 1am, rooms are super noisy.

Hotel offers meals - should be taken advantage of as the bfast is fabulous. Staff at front desk (not all but one) is abrasive and outspoken. He has no mannerisms or timing when to speak w guests - but all other staff are pleasant and well mannered , with sense of politeness.

great location. difficult accessability - in the middle on the downtown pedestrian zone. The hotel has a garage door on a different street with car accesses, but not easy to arrange open, you have to call ahead for them to send someone down to open the garage door... and staff is not too anxious to actually do it...

Awful hotel now used to great 12 months ago
We have stayed here many times it’s gone down in service and overall cleanliness. We requested a no smoking room they acknowledged our request and welcomed us back without us mentioning previous visits this wax done by email. We arrived to a smoking smelly room and as I complained they put us in the annex in an awful dingy room. The day after we arrived there was a function on right below our room till almost midnight it was soooo noisy even the guy on reception said he couldn’t hear me when I spoke to him!! On checkout 3 days later no mention of “how was your stay” I would never stay again it was terrible and neither hotels.com or the hotel are interested.

DISGUSTING - YUCK -SCHEUßLICH - İĞRENÇ
Stay away from this crab trap. Only location but just location. I'm sure you would find much better quality place at the same location even better price. I'm just warning you that don't waste your money and time there. I stayed room 203 that has no shower holder smashing full of water on the ground after shower. Lots of stain at the toilet. Toilet flush wasn't working properly. Full of hair on the ground. Spiders were skating on the wall. Room has only view of inner roof space. Opposite side of the room another hall which has lots of bulb lights which was also lighting up your room during the night it was impossible to turn them off. Staff are most apathetic uninterested group of people in the world. One thing they could do perfectly was to run towards you when you get breakfast saloon to ask your room number not to forget to charge you as if you might have ran out without payment. It was like someone put them together deliberately. Breakfast was also most disgusting breakfast I've ever had in my whole life. Very poor menu. Weakest coffee in the universe. Its ingredients were like 98% water 1% coffee 1% unidentified substance. Absolutely same ingredients with orange juice. I tried to have tea it was so so but just a few mornings and then all tea bags have suddenly disappeared no one put  a new one. Best thing was this Holly Crap Trap was to leave it one day earlier before I had planned.
