"Wonderful room on the 73rd floor. Couldn’t ask for more in all aspects. A brilliant stay! The only let down was the weather which meant the views weren’t as spectacular as the could be. However, this gives me a great excuse to go back!"

Deceptive Pictures of Rooms
"The stay was disappointing. We asked for two double beds and got two single beds. How can three people sleep in such a room? The manager gave an excuse that all hotels were like this in China, which is not true. I will not be staying again."

The hotel was absolutely amazing. I stayed on the club level and the staff alone made it worth the price especially Wendy. I have stayed at many Marriott hotels and this one is by far superior to the others around the world.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They upgraded my room and provided a welcome drink without my even asking. The room was clean and quiet. My only negative was that the breakfast items weren’t kept hot consistently - tasted good otherwise.
