Close to Beijing south train station. Breakfast is great, have lots of option. Swimming pool is a bit small and definitely need some seats in from of the mirror

The concierge service is what made this hotel stay great. Other than that, everything was just an average run-of-the-mill hotel room. Breakfast quality was not great - more expansive than American hotels, obviously, but worse breakfast we had in w weeks traveling in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Guangzhou.

First excellent service was their own transport from Airport. We was met by staff and took through airport with showing us where to go and what to do. Hotel was perfect. Right near food, shops, subway, restaurants and Walmart. The hotel concierge helped with all our tours, from The Great Wall, Summer Palace and great for helping on any questions. Spoke perfect English. Breakfast had everything to offer. Rooms was cleaned twice a day. The only issue we had was to use the lovely pool you had to wear a swimming cap. Would definitely recommend this stunning hotel. The Italian restaurant was lovely as we ate there twice. Thank you JW MARRIOTT for making our stay just perfect 😍

Very satisfied

I recently stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room itself was spotless, and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the beds. Instead of the usual twin beds, they provided two large double beds, which was a nice bonus and made for a very comfortable stay. One feature I really appreciated was the cleaning service. The cleaner came twice a day – once in the morning to tidy up and again in the evening to empty the trash. It really made the room feel fresh and well-maintained throughout my stay. Additionally, I had ordered a lot of items from Taobao before my arrival, and the hotel was kind enough to keep all my packages safe and secure until I arrived. This level of service went above and beyond what I expected. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and thoughtful touches.

Wonderful stay, we had a great experience. Large spacious suite with free bottles of water, our suite has a large balcony but unfortunately due to government rules, we cannot open the door to the balcony and enjoy it. Breakfast has good selections of food, we really liked the fresh squizeed juice every morning. It has a rooftop pool but we were too busy to try it, its a large pool. Hotel is not far from touirst areas.
