"The staff is amazing and very helpful. Our rooms are nice and clean. The location was perfect! My only two complaints is that (1) I did not find the bed comfortable 😩 and (2) there is a weird sewer smell coming out of the shower. It is pretty strong, not sure though if that is normal… Overall though, we had a pleasant stay. "

"Clean room, friendly front desk staff. Room was spacious. They gave us 2 options, quieter room or with view. With view is noisier but they said it wouldn't be that noisy as traffic wouldn't be bad in the evening. So we took the view option. We should have taken the quiet option...it was noisy. Someone shouting on the street etc in the mid night. Otherwise it was very nice hotel. "

"Did not use internet and AC was not needed. Enjoyed the comfort of the room. Shower was excellent. "

"The staff is wonderful. The location is excellent. The room was clean and well appointed. The only downside was when you book a balcony room overlooking the cathedral, make sure it is above the trees on the street. Our view was obscured so it wasn’t really worth the extra money. It was our second stay there and we will be back. "

"Very well located. Walking distance to everything. Hotel was clean, all amenities included: shampoo/conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste… Nice restaurant and gym. Comfortable beds and pillows. 6th floor was very quiet. Market, pharmacy and breakfast place across the street. I totally recommend this hotel. "

"The location of The Rialto is perfect for exploring the Gothic quarter and further afield. There are many shops, restaurants and placas close by. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast in the beautiful dining area was excellent. The only downside is the lack of hot drinks amenities. Nothing in the room or common lounge, just a vending machine. The air conditioning in the room worked well and there were windows that could be opened. "
