"They breakfast is not good "

"First room the toilet wouldn't flush and there was no water in the tank, ROACHES and stains in tub. room was filthy and the clerk was extremely rude. Had to wait 45 min to ck in bc there was no one there. 2 employees arrived and couldn't start because doors were locked and no one was there. 2 room no TV, extremely noisy people kept me awake all night including one man that knocked then sounded on my door only to realize he had the wrong room. No phone to call the rude clerk to tell."

"We stayed on the 2nd floor, and throughout the 1st and 2nd floors, there was an overwhelming smell of chlorine. I’m assuming because of the swimming pool. I’m ok with it, but others in my party did not appreciate it. The room was clean, and the beds were mildly uncomfortable. (By that I mean the first night was ok, but the second night had me waking up in pain in my hips and legs.) The staff was not overly welcoming, but nice enough. The breakfast was lacking: dry sausage links that had obviously sat out too long, refried beans that were runny, eggs that were not hydrated enough to serve, and coffee that was watered down a little too much. Overall, I’m being nice by giving it a 4/5 stars."

"This hotel has a perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality. The rooms are spacious, with the separate living area being a huge plus. The beds were comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made it easy to relax. The complimentary made‑to‑order breakfast is a standout feature. The omelets were fresh and delicious, and the buffet offered plenty of variety. All of the staff members were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Whether it was a quick question at the front desk or a request from housekeeping, every interaction was polite and professional. There were three women in particular who were the kindest. One at the front desk and two staff member in the dining who passed out a flowers to all the mothers for Mother's Day and wished all mothers a happy Mother's Day. I hope their day went just as well as they made everyone else's. The location is ideal--close to the Energy Corridor, major highways, and plenty of dining options. Parking was easy, and the property felt safe and well maintained. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again."

"This property is not what you would expect from Hyatt. It is VERY dated and needs a total update. First, there was no hot water for 36 hours after we arrived. Mold in the bathroom the for would not close. All the furniture is chipped and scuffed. The lamps had broken switches and did not work. Wallpaper coming of the walls in the hallways. They did give us a new room after complaining to the front desk. Expedia negotiated a comp for the first night of our 3 day stay."

"my rating was good + . Parking was good and safe. Breakfeast looked good but we opted to go out for breakfeast to a favorite spot. Chec-in was excellent. They were very courteous and allowed us to check in 2 hours before the 3:00 PM time frame since we arrived early. I would stay there again"
