"This is a safe area and the hotel has an airport shuttle that is consistent. The best breakfast food is the waffles. The rest is more continental breakfast. The hotel is clean and accommodating and the staff is friendly. Great hotel for the price. "

"When we pulled up the police were on property patting folks down and they were out there again the following day. It seems a lot of people may be Live-in tenants. A lot of activity in the parking lot late at night, but I never felt unsafe. The outside of the property needs to be cleaned up. The rooms were clean and updated. No amenities offered such as shampoo/conditioner/ hair dryer/ breakfast even though I thought they were offered. It may have been an oversight on my part. Clean place to stay for the price. "

"I was woken up at 11:50pm by a barking dog. Went to the front desk to ask if they allowed dogs and they said "no" So i told them well there is a dog barking next door the clerk replied " oh, that, they just went to go get something in the dinning room, ill go tell them" the dog continued to bark till 12:20am. In the morning i went down to the morning clerk to ask the same question, after seeing the dog leave the property cuz i was outside enjoying my coffee. "Do yall allow dogs" she said "no, we are a not a pet friendly hotel" i asked "what about the dog that just left" the clerk replied " oh, i think they just brought him in there" i explained to her what happened, she said "sorry". I asked for management but they didnt get in till 1030am. Spoke with Mayra Becerra and she said to get 25% off one night. She was very short and rude and didnt even apologize for the inconvenience "
