"This is a safe area and the hotel has an airport shuttle that is consistent. The best breakfast food is the waffles. The rest is more continental breakfast. The hotel is clean and accommodating and the staff is friendly. Great hotel for the price. "

"I was woken up at 11:50pm by a barking dog. Went to the front desk to ask if they allowed dogs and they said "no" So i told them well there is a dog barking next door the clerk replied " oh, that, they just went to go get something in the dinning room, ill go tell them" the dog continued to bark till 12:20am. In the morning i went down to the morning clerk to ask the same question, after seeing the dog leave the property cuz i was outside enjoying my coffee. "Do yall allow dogs" she said "no, we are a not a pet friendly hotel" i asked "what about the dog that just left" the clerk replied " oh, i think they just brought him in there" i explained to her what happened, she said "sorry". I asked for management but they didnt get in till 1030am. Spoke with Mayra Becerra and she said to get 25% off one night. She was very short and rude and didnt even apologize for the inconvenience "

"Stole my food and hot tub broke. The hot tub was the only reason I booked with them."

"The place is not kept up. Trash overflows the trash cans outside. The floor, fridge, counter and bathroom were not clean. Hot water takes more than 10 minutes to get warm in the shower. I will no be staying here again."
