"Very nice hotel with comfy beds and clean rooms. Perfect for a stay if you are wanting to be close to the airport. My flight was landing late at DFW and I had to call to do an early check-in. The lady who processed it was friendly and was able to get everything set up for me and my family to be able to get into our rooms as soon as we arrived to the hotel. I greatly appreciated the help, as we had been traveling for hours and were ready to get some rest."

"I was very impressed by the state of the art systems in place at this hotel. From the Valet parking to the front desk to the amenities in the rooms. Very nice. When we arrived at our room we were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco chilling and a lovely selection of macaroons along with the sweetest note from Jaden at the front desk congratulating us on 29 years of marriage along with 2 tokens for a complimentary drink from the bar. We then got the privilege of enjoying the Prohibition Vibes at The Magnum Speak Easy. In the interest of maintaining the mystique of this amenity I won’t go into details except to say it’s well worth the experience. Afterwards we enjoyed food from the Harvest hall. The choices are almost overwhelming but we managed. The live music outside was very entertaining also. The room was so comfortable and well apportioned. I slept fitful. The checkout was efficient and quick. The valet was very warm and friendly. We can’t wait to return and will be singing the praises of the hotel to friends and family. Thanks for a great stay"

"This is an older HI which hasn't been renovated, at least not recently. It's clean and staff is helpful. The airport shuttle to DFW runs until noon, then takes a break for a few hours. On the plus side the rooms a big and it's easy to find room for a suitcase. Breakfast was good = as expected for HIE."

"Resort is great, friendly staff, clean rooms, water park is great, everything that you need is there. I like the most that it was not carpet in the rooms. Clean pools a lot fun stuff to do. Silent music Zumba class by the pools Relax time by the lobby. Kids enjoyed every minute there."

"We had a cancellation of our flight leaving Dallas. We chose this hotel for the location. The price was outrageous but we were desperate. The restaurant stays open until 11 pm. We had buffalo wings and flatbread pizzas. They were excellent. Also service was great too."

"I booked the hotel based on a quick overnight in the Dallas area near the airport. The hotel was an average condition. My biggest issue was the smell of the room. It had a very powerful odor. Overall, cleanliness was OK. But I don’t think I would stay here again given a choice."
