"Eve is an absolute star. She let us drop our bags early so we could explore without having to keep up with them. She provided us with plenty of recommendations for pubs and restaurants. When the mother of the friend I was traveling with had a medical emergency and she needed to get back to the States, Eve picked her up at 6am and took her to the airport. "We had booked 2 rooms for 5 people. The hotel rooms were poorly lit and the bathroom needed repair. The bathbub was rusty in one room and the other room had a big stain over the toilet which was gross. Also I have never seen just a flat sheet on the bed.In the middle of the night the sheet came undone and I was practically sleeping on the bare matteress which was also terrible. The rooms we were in #270 & 172 smelt of stale smoke which came in from the stairwell. I did complain to the staff at the front desk in the morning but they asked me if I would like a complimentary cup of coffee which I declined as we were leaving for the airport. I would definately not stay at a Hyatt location again."

"We paid around £21 for breakfast and it was a disaster. No variety of fresh fruits, conserves... Cold meat one 1 type which was as pale as a dead person. Floor dirty. You can clearly see the staff if not paying attention to the cleansiness or taking pride. We ended up having one porridge. The rest looked like left ober from the previous day. Before my arrival, I wrote an email to the hotel with some request and also pointing the a website error. Wrote to the email pointed in the website. I had no reply. When I checked in, I mentioned I am still waiting for a reply but I would love a reply from management. STILL WAITING... Other Novotels offer a completely "

"The hotel itself is very good. But we used it for a preflight stay at 6am in the morning. They put us in a room directly behind the lifts and we didn’t get any sleep with the lift going up and down - then the hallway down slamming after everyone exited. They probably would have moved us if asked, but we got to the room at 10.30 and had to be awake at 3am. Just beware and check they don’t put you in that room!!"
