"The hotel was beautiful and staff were courteous. I’d booked this hotel because I wanted to enjoy the rooftop terrace, but upon arrival was told that I couldn’t because I wasn’t a club member. I was put on the highest floor and within two days both elevators were out of service so all guests had to use the service elevator in that part of the building. I had also booked for the breakfast, but it was over by 9:30 so I never made it. Also, on separate occasions, the power went out in my room thus rotting the food that I had in the refrigerator. Finally, the TVs were not set up appropriately, I only had a few live channels, and the guide had no information and no premium channels."

"We stay every year at dockside. They have always honored room requests. Staff is friendly. Easy access to the parks via buses. We love their pools. Clean and equipped with toys for the kiddos"

"I loved this hotel! I reserved a standard room, but when I arrived I was told at check-in that my room had been upgraded. I assumed they put me in a standard room with a view but I was surprised when I found out they had given me a suite with a kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as a second bathroom. This suite also had an extra large balcony! It was absolutely gorgeous! The staff were all excellent. All amenities, such as the beautiful pool, restaurants, gift shop…I enjoyed so much. The transportation to the parks and Citywalk are fantastic…by boat , shuttle bus or walking path. This was a wonderful place to stay. "

"The staff works very hard to keep rooms up and area's clean. The food is average but service is very good. You have access to great pool area's and bars and direct transportation to Universal attractions. It's an excellent spot to take a vacation with our without children."

"the beds were comfy and rooms clean though the bathrooms were very small. Staff really helpful if you had a problem. The hotel was in an ideal place just off International Drive with eateries very close and handy for the bus/trams. Walking to Universal was only a 20 mins walk away"
