There were No pool towels, Room was clean and efficient. Phone line did not plug correctly into the handset. Received an email to contact hotel if we needed assistance, did not work. "

"This was our 1st stay at the Cottage Inn. Super cute updated room. Grounds were well maintained and clean. We got the room with the ocean view. Beautiful view of the ocean! Loved sleeping with the windows open and hearing the ocean! Management was super helpful and were very accommodating of our dogs traveling with us . Highly recommend to stay here passing through Pismo!"
