"We had a very good welcome and the rooms were a very good size. Beds are very comfy. They staff was very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The food we ate there was very nice. The location is not far from the shops and the tower. Would recommend it, plus I would go back there. "

Great cabaret on Saturday night.
One downside (?) (in our modern age) was the lack of plug sockets or USB ports in the rooms for charging phones etc."
"WiFi was fine with no issues, food was lovely, drinks a bit overpriced so didn’t buy any. Very clean hotel all over. Reception efficient and spotless. Room was nicely decorated and very clean. Fridge in room was a nice surprise and air con was fantastic. Breakfast was very good too. Overall we had a great stay, felt impressed and that it was excellent value for money. "We stopped here to have a night in blackpool as next day was golf captains trip to herons reach which was near by. Check in was slow as had to queue to check in and the queue was long. Had a couple of cheeky porettis before we could pick up our room keys which wasnt bad or badly priced. Room was clean with a sea view so no complaints at all about the room. I heard some of the other golfers went to their rooms and they hadnt been cleaned but received a free pint in compensation ! Overall a good experience "
