"Everything was wonderful! We stayed 6 nights. We had a room with 2 queen beds in the premier (newer) side. It had a balcony over looking the pool (open 8am-8pm, heated). Our beds were comfy, pillows were great and towels were fluffy. Plenty of hot water for shower every time. Large room. Lots of tv channels. Mini-fridge and a coffee maker (that we didn’t use, due to all of the great coffee places nearby). Housekeeping was spot-on with fresh towels every day. We checked in too early, so we left our bags with the very polite & helpful concierge in a locked closet until we returned. The room was quiet and we slept well each night. ALL staff was wonderful! Excellent location….half-block to tram, trolly and bus. Food/restaurants all around. Easy UBER pick-up/drop-off. We felt safe day & night. We will definitely return next time we are in town!"

"We were fortunate to find close parking. Our car was very secure. Neighborhood was fine. Staff was friendly and efficient. Property was well equipped and clean. We slept well. Shower was excellent. It had everything we needed. "

Free coffee & tea in the restaurant, though since small staff priority is understandably to the paid clients, after 15 minutes to wait to refill cafinated coffee, we end up leaving and going elsewhere. "

"The breakfast is very balanced, it’s perfect to start the day. The staff was friendly and willing to help you every moment. The room, bathroom were clean and big. The room has an European style. I liked it. I enjoyed the sunrise every morning, walking around the bay. When I go back to San Francisco, I will stay at Bay Landing Hotel, again."
